- Use the slider to quickly move to a frame in the file being previewed and view the frame.
- Use [>>>], [>>], [>] buttons to move forwards by 100 frames, 10 frames, 1 frame, respectively.
Tip: Press and hold the left mouse button on these buttons to repeat the button function.
- Use [<<<], [<<], [<] buttons to move backwards by 100 frames, 10 frames, 1 frame, respectively.

- Use Refresh button to refresh the current frame.
- Use ' [ ' button to toggle an In-mark at the current frame (indicated by a dark green mark above the slider).
- Use ' ] ' button to toggle an Out-mark at the current frame (indicated by a dark purple mark below the slider).
- Use [ >| ] button to move to the next marked frame.
- Use [ |< ] button to move to the previous marked frame.
Note: 'In-mark' and 'Out-mark' are used by the Stamp Duration modes Mark stamping, Range stamping, and Stop-watch stamping. They can also be used to mark certain frames to facilitate the previewing experience.
- Check/uncheck the Safe areas box to turn on/off two dotted rectangles on the video frame. The outer one indicates the safe area for TV viewing, the inner one indicates the safe area for stamps.
The label indicates the current frame number and the position (in percentage) of the frame in the file.
